Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Paradise India, we prioritize transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction. Please read the refund and cancellation terms applicable to all bookings, site visits, and real estate services offered.

1. Booking Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their booking within the permissible time frame mentioned in the project-specific terms.
• Post-deadline cancellations may be subject to deductions as per RERA and builder guidelines.
• Any promotional or discounted bookings may not be eligible for full refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are processed only after submission of valid cancellation documentation.
• Processing time may take 7–14 working days depending on banking and compliance timelines.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode unless otherwise requested in writing.

3. Site Visit Fees (If Applicable)

• Any service fee collected for premium site visits is non-refundable.
• If a scheduled visit is cancelled by Paradise India, a full refund will be processed.

4. Project-Specific Refund Policies

• Each real estate project may have its own refund and cancellation rules as per RERA mandates.
• Customers are advised to review the project agreement carefully before booking.
